Do you have to be at home to get your documents or will they leave them at your door? Neither of us is home during the day- or do they leave you a note and you have to go pick them up or arrange a time for them to come back?

UPS just left them at the door. We were home, they rang the bell, and just left the envelope at the door.

Ours came by Airborne Express. That's who our travel agent uses.

Hello all...we booked our cruise directly with DCL on the ship so I would imagine it is a crap shoot...but there will not be anyone home during the week....so I guess if they don't leave them we will have to go and pick them up at there office....
But......only 25 short days to go to the "MAGIC"al cruise and vacation!

Our docs were delivered UPS last week.

I just got a message from my DH saying that our cruise documents arrived at our house today!! WOW- I am so excited, I cannot wait to get home and take a look at them!

Hooray! My documents finally came today via the Big Brown Truck! I was beginning to think DVC had forgotten about me!! Sorry I haven't been around I've been without internet service for about 11 days! Long story......don't want to talk about it!! Anyway...I got the buttons designed and just have to print them out and put them together...gotta get the computer working to do this!!! I hope you all like them! It won't be long now....starting to get really excited about the trip!!!

Hey all....me again...and yes, my Islanders lost last night....but it ain't over til the fat lady sings, and she is just warming up so we still have some life left....How about those Mighty Ducks....gonna make toast of Detroit unfortunately.....so....the doc's still have not arrived....so we just have to wait it out....but good news is we got our stateroom number.....6598.....and real close to the buffet....you kind of know where my heart lies....in my stomach...LOL....but seriously.....it is getting real close....looking forward to meeting you all....and the buttons will be a nice touch....thanks for thinking about us.....talk to you all soon....tomorrow for sure so I can count down another day.....

The countdown has really begun at our house. Making lots of notes to myself and dreaming of sailing away.

The special on the Travel Channel last night only helped add to the excitement!

Alright...the brown truck came today and nobody was home so he took them back with him.....he will leave them tomorrow if I sign the slips for him and leave them....which I will do.....so we are almost down to 23 days......I cannot believe we are almost 3 weeks out....looking forward to relaxing on the verandah....sitting by the pool drinking.....expensive soda....LOL....won't buy the mug this time....just cannot bring myself to spend $70.00 for 2 mugs....and by the way...anyone know if they are still using the sticker or just the mug? Also....are we now allowed to serve ourselves at the buffet? Questions....I got questions...who got answers? Talk soon....

Are any members or there DH's cigar smokers ? I know smoking is taboo these days, but I enjoy (a lot) an occasional stoogie. (i'll have about 4-6 on the whole cruise) and with the availablilty of cubans during a cruise all the more. So I was looking for some folks to join me OUT ON DECK for a cigar and some brandy or port one night.
P.S. - I have some fine 2000 vintage Warres port I'm bringing along, so the port is on me.
