Who else do I tip?

The coverage of on-ship tipping is really great on this board and and Deb's and Dave's site - I really appreciate the work they do and all the replies here - Thanks!

My next questions involve excursion tipping...

Do you tip the tender operator at Grand Cayman? How much?

Do you tip Captian Brian / Captian Marvin for Stingray City? How much?

What other tips are EXPECTED on excursions?

We did not tip the tender operator, it frankly did not even occur to me to do so,
We did tip our guide on Captain Marvins $5

Here are some examples of other excursions we've done and the tips we've given:
Cozumel Jeep Safari Tour: Tipped our guide and the food people at lunch.
Mayan Horseback Riding: Tipped our guide and the man who had a trick horse and did a nice show for us. We didn't take one of the free drinks because we're not soda/beer people, but some people who did also tipped the bartenders.
If you want to take one of the little jitney bikes on the Cozumel pier, it is customary to tip a few bucks for that.
