Who else bought BCV site unseen?

We purchased BCV and VWL sight-unseen,over the phone. We purchased OKW while we were staying at PO, but never toured the property. We understood the points concept,understood the flexibility of the system,and trusted Disney to build and maintain a quality facility. Haven't been disappointed in the least with our decision so far.

We bought BCV sight unseen. We knew the location well and it is close to Epcot, our favorite. We had been tossing DVC around for years and were now in a financial position to do this. When we found out that BCV was available, we just bought. Our biggest decision was how many points! We can't wait to see it!

BCV unseen based on the wonderful information here. First trip home is in September where we will be doing both princess bf's. I will be princessed out.

I bought BWV sight unseen over 2 years ago. Hadn't even discovered these boards yet, but had a friend who is a very happy OKW owner. Then I added on at BCV this year, again sight unseen. Still haven't been to either one, but can't wait to get to BWV in Dec. and BCV in Feb.!

We visited Beach Club last year but weren't even considering DVC at the time. We've never been inside a DVC room.

Not only did we buy sight unseen, we bought without even hearing a sales pitch! When I called to express interest, we were assigned a guide who was on a cruise for a week, then on two weeks vacation. By the time he got back, we had already bought! I was forced to convince myself.

We own at BWV and love it. When our guide called to tell us that BCV was going to available and what the incentives were we jumped at the chance even though we had only seen some of the construction going on last November. We love the location and enjoy SAB so it was not a hard decision to make. We will be staying there in November and at the Boardwalk in April. We also own at Vistana (before DVC) and have a trip planned there in March.

We purchased VWL last October but my wife was more interested in the BCV being built. So instead of buying a ton of points at VWL, I bought a decent amount knowing we would add on at BCV. We purchased BCV almost immediately when they went on sale. We checked some pics out and that was it. Going there in late October and can't wait.

We purchased BCV sight unseen twice (two add-ons). We knew the area and saw the construction when you couldn't tell what it was going to be. We paid BCV a visit during the soft opening prior to July1st (June 27th?) and were thrilled! My wife thought I was nuts to add-on at another resort. As soon as she saw it her tune changed. We also bought OKW and HHI sight unseen. The only one we saw prior to purchase was VWL.

Now that I think of it, we still haven't seen HHI... Hmmm excuse numebr 17,564 to plan a DVC trip!!!

We had stayed at Beach Club several times and loved it. So when I got something in the mail saying that DVC had a new resort there it took me about two whole minutes to decide to call and buy!

We bought BCV sight unseen this past May. Our first trip home will be in February (we can't wait!) We have never stayed at a DVC resort, but were thrilled with the transportation and proximity of the All Star Movies when we stayed in '99.
Jim McCoy was our rep. and he did a great job of describing every nook and cranny of Beach Club Villas so of course we were hooked. It also is going to be our yearly bright spot to help us get through the blah's of a typical NE winter.
