No tree for us, or decorations. We will probably cut the tree down the weekend before Christmas. As for the other decorations, I think we are foregoing them this year..
Its only Dec 5. Its still very early & there is still plenty of time. Really, what's the rush?
I did some shopping online tonight for the out of state parents so it will be delivered straight to them.
I may get around to some Christmas cards this weekend.
Our huge outdoor wreath might go up Sunday during the Patriots game - during half time of course. It requires 2 people on 2 ladders, so we are going to need the neighbor to help.
Haven't given any thought yet to when the tree will come out of storage & get put up. Nor have I started any cooking yet.
I'm not the least bit worried or stressed. It will all get done. There is plenty of time.
We always put our tree up on Christmas Eve (family tradition), so no tree here for a while yet! All of the other decorations went up over the last week.

Tree is up, but it's naked!! Ran out of time last weekend, so it's been standing there in the living room nakie 'til today when we'll be dressing her up
We don't get our until next weekend. We go to a local tree farm.Take a hay ride out w/the girls we pick the one we all like.then they saw it down.We love it we do it every year. We know the tree is fresh and we support a local tree farm
Did I not get the memo? Was I supposed to have it up by now?
I never get mine up this early. While Christmas is my favorite season, it is VERY easy for me to get overloaded with it by having all that stuff in my house and trying to work around it.
I generally put my tree up in mid-December so it will probably be around Dec 13th or so.
Mine won't go up until I am done with classes for the semester. It will go up the weekend of the 19th. I like to enjoy the decorating and I am much more relaxed after the semester ends.
