Just wondering how many of us out there go to character meals that have no kids, or who are not married, or go with older family etc?

I have 3 Character Meals set in my ADR's and I kinda feel funny LOL I have never been and just wanna see what the hoopala is all about

We are 58,58,& 28 obviously no kids, just kids at heart?

All for Breakfast:
1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickey's
Crystal Palace

DH and I always do character meals and love them, we are big kids at heart, this year we have booked Ohana breakfast, Chef Mickeys for brunch on Christmas Day and Liberty Tree for our MVMCP dinner, so excited, you will have a great time

Going in November, just me, 31, and DW, 24, and we're doing CRT for breakfast. It's not a trip to Disney without at least one character meal!!

We did character meals on our first and second trips, but I think we are done with them until we have kids (if we have kids) or if we go with other people's kids. We enjoyed them, but we just have done them, and do not feel like it's necessary to do them again. Plus, we like the food at other restaurants better!

DBF and I do character meals. Well...it's more like I make the ADR's and he has no choice...hahah!! I find the character meals are much better than waiting in line to take pictures...and you're knocking out a meal and character pictures in one shot!!

DD is 16 and we still do character meals. In two more years when she is off to college and doesn't go with us, DH and I will most likely still be found at at least one character meal per trip. Course his first grandbaby was born this month and we just had a new neice in August so there is hope that we can "borrow" a small child!

DH and I go to alot of character breakfasts, not for the characters (which is a bonus and cute) but because DH loves a breakfast buffet.

Dh and I had breakfast w/ Cindy in the castle, breakfast w/ Mickey at Chef Mickey's and breakfast w/ Pooh at Artist's Point (no longer there)....all before we were engaged!

Since then we've been to lots more w/ our kids but those pre trip kids I was all about character meals...heck I even had my own autograph book!

I'm going to WDW in January with my two best friends -- all three of us are 25 (or will be 25 at the time of the trip) and we have two character dining ADRs planned. I love character dining.

Though I will say sometimes there is an advantage to having a small child. My sister (18) and I took my cousin (9) to Epcot for the princess breakfast and she was very helpful in getting our attractive waiter to pose for a picture. :)

DM is 58, I'm 28,and we've done almost all the character meals already :) It's fun and we didn't feel out of place at any of them!

We love doing the character meals. No waiting on line for pictures and dealing with the occasional child & parent who don't think that the Adult standing on line for 20 minutes in front of them is actually waiting for her turn with the character.

We do character meals without kids!!!! I love Playhouse Disney Breakfast at H&V. The interaction is fun and there is lots of it and I love to watch Playhouse Disney so I can sing to all the songs and have fun. I also like Stitch's breakfast at O'Hana and Breakfast at Cape May

I'll be solo at the princess character meal in Norway Nov 12th - day before my 50th birthday !

We do! We do!. DH is 35 and I'm 32. We've did Garden Grill last month and Sunday will be doing CP.

We do too!! Crystal Palace is always on our dining itinerary - every trip. We love the food - and the characters are a plus. :thumbsup2 We enjoy watching the kids - and have the occasional Pooh and Tigger picture taken with us! We're also trying 1900 Park Fare this next trip.

Me! My friend and I are going without kids in December, and we're going to go to a few character breakfasts, 1900 Park Fare, Donald's Safari, Cape May.. and we're mostly going for the yummy food, but it's really fun to see the characters, especially Mad Hatter at 1900!

DH and I enjoy character meals and we don't have any kids. For our upcoming trip we are eating breakfast and lunch at CP, breakfast 2 times at CM, once at Donald's breakfast, once at Ohana breakfast, and once at LTT for dinner. Part of it is because we enjoy the food offerings but we also love taking pictures with the characters without waiting in lines at the park.

All the time, have Crystal Palace and 1900 booked already. I can't wait to see the Sisters and go to CP to see Piglet lol.

DW and I do character breakfast on our trip to WDW. We will be there Oct 3rd. We will be doing Donalds breakfast, Ohana stitch`s breakfast, CP, and LTT. It would not be a trip to WDW with out doing these for us.We have no kids soooooo we are the big kids. And we both have the peter pan syndrome NEVER GOING TO GROW UP LOL. :lmao:
