Paramount Pictures is developing an updated version of the 1958 Elvis Presley film "King Creole", which revolved around a delinquent who works as a dishwasher in a New Orleans nightclub and gets the chance to perform one night. It was, in turn, based on the Harold Robbins novel, "A Stone For Danny Fisher."

No word on who would star, but wouldn't Nicolas Cage be a novel choice?

Does it have to be a young person? Or would nay age due?

In 3000 Miles to Graceland, Kurt Russell did a pretty good Elvis imitation.

How about Hugh Jackman, since MANY of you are hung UP on him!;)

How about the King himself?;) I'm sure he's at a diner somewhere wanting someone to cast him in the role.:p

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!;) Isn't he a LITTLE too Old though?

I am in love with Nicolas Cage... sighhh....

I read one Harold Robbins book, and it was very explicit!:o

I could see Hugh Jackman, or maybe Howard Stern. I guess Howard could do a good satire of Elvis anyway!

;)

I think Nic Cage is a little too old for this part. How about Freddie Prinze Jr.? (is that his name?)

Kurt Russell does one of the best Elvis's there is. He even has the lip thing going!!!
