Who booked with Dreams Unlimited?

I have twice!

I booked during one of their promotions and received a $200 instant rebate and a $100 shipboard credit.

Their basic price was the same as DCL's until the above was factored in. The service is good...my questions are answered pretty quickly and I've had no problems with them.
 
I've booked 4 DCL cruises with Dreams. The only reason I didn't book the 5th was it was the $99 special and I just booked that directly with DCL. (of course, I brought 3 cabins of family along and they booked thru DU) They have been great. The 9/04 with the Magic worked out to be $200 less for a Cat 7 than I had been quoted. As far as getting a lower price, part of their service includes checking to see if rates have gone down, and rebooking to get you a great rate. Before our cruise last year, my sis hadn't looked at her docs until the day we were all leaving--her name was mispelled. They called DU and within 20 minutes it was all straightened out. I also appreciate that they sponsor these boards which are invaluable.
 

Booked twice through them and have had nothing but great service! We use Dreams for Disney and another .com for other cruises but we had a great experience on our 1st land/sea with Dreams (they even made a PS for us a Cindy's castle one morning) and they were very helpful! I love their rebates and the stateroom credits!

We've booked 3 cruises and a couple of different land trips with Dreams and have always gotten great service.
 
So happy to hear the good reports as I am trying currently to book with them for a March 2004 cruise. For those who have booked how did you communicate with them by telephone or email? I sent an email early today and also left a telphone message but I've had no response. Our room is only held through tomorrow so I was hoping to have our questions answered. Basically what was the typical turn around for a response? It is quicker once you actually book? I agree the boards are a wonderful service.
 
We communicated through email most times. They are usually quick to respond. If you emailed today, you should have a response by tomorrow.

You can call and speak to someone directly. Phone contact was exceptional as well.

We have used DU 2X. Last years cruise and the uncoming Oct one. Loved the rebate, the gift and we also got a PIN! One of our fellow cruisers worked for DU and gave us all a very nice DU pin to add to our collection!
Fast communication and great service! I have recommended them to several people I work with who are planning a DCL cruise.
 
Considering that we've been on 35 Disney cruises and have six more booked, I've lost count of how many we've booked with DU. I used to book them myself but switched because the rebates were too tempting to pass up. It's also nice to have them watch for the rates to drop.

For those of you who have booked with DU multiple times do you request to work with a specific person or just work with who ever happens to respond to your reservation request? Is the person that responds your contact from that point on?
