My DH and DS and all of my DH's family are going for Christmas!! We will be there 12/22-12/29!! I can't wait to hear about the new visitors reactions!!

My husband and I will there January 10-18. We were able to book the $55. rate, too. After reading all Tyler's posts we decided to change resorts and check out Pop Century.
Hope they have root beer.

We just booked a last minute trip yesteryday for Jan. 7-11. We had some airline vouchers about to go to waste and yesterday magically airfare went down enough to the fare we usually try for.

We decided to give Pop Century a try since it'll be new...should be fun staying at something so bright shiny new!!

Hey, everyone! My DH, DD & DS will be there February 3 - 11! We are soooo excited! We have a Preferred View room booked which are the rooms closest to the Food Court, Front Desk, Gift Shop, etc... The rooms WITH TAX when we booked back in October were $97.01 a night--which I didn't think were horrible. I then was after about a month later able to get a AAA discount which reduced my cost quite a bit. Then the AP rates came out and my wonderful Dreams Unlimited agent applied that to my room--so now we are paying $72.48 (TAX INCLUDED!!!) per night for a Preferred View room! That's a savings of $24.53!! I don't think we've ever been to Disney for so cheap!!! We are flying out of very, very Northern Maine, Presque Isle to be exact, to Orlando and our round-trip tickets were $222 (TAX INCLUDED!!!) each! I haven't flown out of that airport that's sooo close to home for that price in over 10 years!!! We are just so looking forward to this trip because it breaks up our long, cold winter up here! We got a ton of snow today and it should keep up until tomorrow

Anyway, I'm so excited to get a great rate to stay at a brand new hotel!! It should be awesome! Hope EVERYONE has fun!

We are headed there Jan. 15- 24!!
Our "party" consists of DH, me, DD10, DD8 and DS7!!!

We have connecting rooms!! Two bathrooms! What could be better?

Oh no, don't tell me they don't have root beer. I cannot have caffeine and I don't like the taste of Sprite. Yikes maybe I should not have changed resorts. It will be a long eight days.

There is always the option of a fridge, and cans of soda. They might also have root beer in the vending machines. I did not check those. There is also the possibility that they might be getting it later.

There are also a ton of other non-caffinated beverage options.

But I NEED root beer in the mug I am going to buy. Are you sure they don't have Barq in the food court? No root beer will ruin my trip.

DH, DD, DS and myself will be there December 23 - January 1 in two room. DS from Jupiter, FL and his DW, DD & DS will join us for one night on Dec 27 so we can take the grandkids to MK for the day on Dec 28 for their XMas present. Can hardly wait!!!
