Whitehall room fof pre-reception

For anyone who had/is having their pre-reception in the whitehall room, how was this set up as far as tables, chairs, bar, etc. What was the approximate cost for set up or venue fee? And is there a minimum food and beverage if you only use it for the pre-reception? Thanks for any help.
