If you had this as your cake topper, what did you do with it? I want to keep mine but I am having problems finding a big enough dome to keep it in. Any suggestions or what did you do with it?

We are also having the white chocolate castle topper... but im assuming we wont be able to take it back to chciago with us! To be honest, my Brian would be in heaven if I let him eat it!! I will probably let him, but wont tell him until we are there and the party is over!

Not sure but I'll check on the florist. I've tried a few different places online and they are all too small for the diameter of the castle.

I don't know what to do with mine either. We have it saran wrapped and up in the cabinet, but I know it won't last forever that way. I am wondering if a craft store might have something you could spray on it. I think they sell something that you can spray on gingerbread houses to make them last (once it's sprayed you can't eat it though).

we ate half of our cake topper and just packed the rest in a carry on and took it home. we still have some of it left. mostly it's the front and back of it that will identify it as cindy's castle. i just can't bare to eat it though. does white chocolate go bad?

your castle will eventually go "bad", but not for some time. It will first look cloudy and turn a bit whiter. There are some food grade shellacks you could use, but it will still turn in about a year. Best to just eat it and have the photo's as your memory

i'm not sure how tall this castle cake topper is but i've seen domes 10 inches tall for cakes & toppers in many of the bridal magazines i've received like now-and-forever and the american wedding album.
