I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the answer - if we are on the dining plan and use 1 credit per person, can we order the "all you can eat skillet?"

in short - yes!

Yep but after seeing pics of some of the entrees we might go the appetizer, entree, dessert way instead of the skillet.

you can get the skillet and dessert. You just can't get an appetizer because the salad is considered the appetizer.
