Whispering Canyon to BWV

Hi,

I am considering doing an AK day and then going to Whispering Canyon for dinner. Can anyone tell me logistically how hard it is to get to Whispering Canyon from AK then back to the BWV. I know there is no resort to resort transportation. How would we get back to BWV from Whispering Canyon?

You'll need to use one of the parks that is still open or Downtown Disney as a transfer point.

If the MK is still open, you can take the boat (or bus) from WL/VWL to the MK and then catch the BWV bus.

If DHS is still open, you can take the bus from WL/VWL to DHS and then either take the boat back to BWV or walk back to BWV.

You can also take a bus from the WL/VWL to Downtown Disney and then transfer to the BWV bus. This option would be my last choice. It could take up to 90 minutes if you aren't lucky. I'd take a cab before using this route unless I planned to spend some time at DD anyway.

Another option is to take a cab from the VWL to the BWV. This would be the fastest way to get back, but will cost around $15-$20 plus a tip.

P.S. It's easy to get to the WL/VWL from the AK - just take the bus.

Sure, I do it all the time!!

We eat at different resorts all the time, but we also factor the transportation into our plans.

One way for you to do this is check the park schedule and plan your WL dinner on a day when MK or the Studios has late night hours. (Or if the MK has a late night party).

Oh, and another hidden option to get back to BWV from WL is to take the bus over to Fort Wilderness.

At approximately 9pm and 11:30pm there are buses going back to all resorts after the Hoop De Doo Show.
