Which breakfast do you prefer? This will be our last day and we plan to go to Magic Kingdom afterwards. I have Kona booked right now (solely for the Tonga Toast) but the reviews lately seem horrible!

We've done both, and enjoy both. We had the breakfast skillet at WC two weeks ago, and it was outstanding. Maybe the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had.

Between WC and the Wave, there's no contest - The Wave. Great buffet, quiet, and you could order off the menu as well.

However, Kona is probably a better choice. We ate there for breakfast just last week and it was really good.

Definitely The Wave, we've done both.

Was not impressed with breakfast at WCC yet we really like lunch there. Our last breakfast experience had us wait over 25 min after our ADR only to find out our receipt was stuck under the machine that spits them out. Not really their fault but not really much apologies for it. On top of that our food took another 30 minutes to come out (we were pretty much still there as they were serving lunch).

I ordered the Eggs Benedict which came out with very undercooked eggs (like partially clear egg whites)-30 minutes to undercook eggs? They forgot my dd's biscuit and when she finally got it, it was like a rock. Should have said something but just wanted to get out of there already.

Could have just gotten the same at The Wave and a lot more (from their buffet) & would have been a lot better. If you like the All You Can Eat Skillet you might have a better experience, but we'll stick to The Wave. Yes, their buffet changes from time to time but it's still consistently very good. And they have the most amazing grits!!

Here is a review with photos I did of the The Wave Breakfast - THE WAVE REVIEW WITH PHOTOS

THE WAVE FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should add that I do like the Kona for breakfast too. But given the choice, i'd pick the wave.

We loved The Wave. Great rock shrimp omelette and pressed coffee.
It was a very quiet, stress free, relaxing breakfast.
Afterwards just jump on the monorail for a day at MK.
We just love Kona, and The Wave.

I love the breakfast at The Wave but if you are going to have the skillet at WCC, it is really good. I am not a huge fan of the WCC a la carte menu but the breakfast skillet is great. I usually decide based on location. If I am staying at WL, I will definitely have breakfast at WCC, but if I am not staying there, I won't bother traveling there for breakfast.

The nice thing about the Wave is you have the choice of the buffet or an a la carte menu although the buffet is probably one of the best deals as far as breakfast buffets go in WDW (Trails End would be the next bargain;) ...and food is good.
