Whispering Canyon lunch?

In May I’ll be doing the Backstage Magic tour, which includes lunch at Whispering Canyon. This is a restaurant I’ve never experienced, and I’d love to know what you think about the new lunch skillets. Good? Bad? Just ok? Is there anything else that’s not to be missed here?
