Whispering Canyon lunch or dinner?

I am conflicted about my ADR choices.

We are doing our MK day on 12/9 and then going to MVMCP that night. Right now my ADR choices are:
Breakfast: Crystal Palace
Lunch: Cinderella's Royal Table
Dinner: Whispering Canyon Cafe

I think it would be easier to leave the MK in the afternoon to do Whispering Canyon than it would be to get back and forth on a MVMCP night. My problem is I don't like the looks of the lunch menu at WCC (mainly the skillet).

So what would be the best option. Particularly looking for input from people who can compare lunch and dinner at WCC for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's a LOT of time in restaurants in one day - are you sure you want to spend that many hours at a table?

I personally would stick with dinner if you want the chance to see any of the antics. They are pretty toned down at lunch.

Of you could stay in the park to avoid the back and forth stuff and just grab a counter service so you don't miss anymore park time. I don't think WCC is worth a trek, personally. We stayed at WL last time and opted to not dine there at all.

Thanks for the tip!

We will be on the deluxe dining plan so yeah A LOT of time in restaurants popcorn:: LOL
DH loved WCC and it was one of the few he requested we go to again so I gotta stick with it.

Dinner is better than lunch for the atmosphere....Although we actually like the lunch menu and bit more... But the place is more fun at dinner time...I would keep your plans as is...You are going to be full that day :goodvibes

The absence of the pulled pork from the skillet at lunch is glaring. We did lunch there last June and I really won't do anything other than dinner from now on.

Very good to know. DH was thrilled with the skillet last time so he really wants it again. Thanks.
