It's been several years since we have been here. How much is the All You Can Eat platter? Does everyone at your table have to order it or can some order it and others just order a single entree?

On the menu page on official site, the All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Platter is $29.99. And like PP mentioned, no everyone has to get the same thing.

It's worth. It's a fun place and the food is good.

Thanks - I wonder if we time our reservations right if we could walk down and see the boat parade on the water (can't remember what it is called....the boat/floats that are all lit up!)

No. You cannot see the water parade from the dock. You can see Wishes though a bit.
