Which would you choose?

Presidents Week or Spring break late april? Would love to try to get a BWV std., but think I am dreaming in trying to get it at the 7 month mark. What do you think? Thanks.

I got a standard 1 bedroom for BWV for April 21 to 25 this year at the 7 month mark. It was a nice time to go, weather was low 80's, crowds were moderate.

Easter is early this year, so definately late April! Lower crowds, lower points; you might as well try for std view at the 7 month mark, tho you will likely end up on the waitlist, so make a pfd view ressie first. Our family has one of the std view ressies and we aren't giving it up.

If you want to swim pick the later date. We went end of March this year and we did swim some but it was quite chilly. We wore sweatshirts at night. Easter is late March next year so you would miss that busy time by several weeks.

If the April dates do not include either the week before or the week after Easter, I would choose April. I would choose President's week over the Easter weeks - less crowds in the parks.

While you may not be able to secure a standard view at 7 months, it sure doesn't hurt to try. I'd suggest calling day by day and waitlisting for any days you couldn't get. There is some risk of having to move if you do that, of course.

Thanks everyone...I am going back to teaching and need to work around the breaks . I already have planned a very short visit to WDW at Easter, since it is my boys birthday. Keep your fingers crossed for me....Thanks again!!!

I think late April offers the best weather of the year.

I guess I'm the lone voter for Feb - there were alot of factors that swayed us to choose the Presidents week over Easter - lining up Public & parochial vacations, my 70-ish parents reaction to April heat, our general desire to see the sun in Feb! - I hope everyone else agrees with you all (and our crowds are less!!)
