Which week would you chosse in Feb?

Ok, narrowed down to 2/6-2/13 or 2/13-2/20. both are considered value season since 2/13/-2/20 starts off with Value. My question would be since 2/14 starts peak season and is the week of presidents day am i looking at crazy crowded parks? That week is attractive as it is one less day of missed school but not sure it will be worth it to me if the parks are loaded. Any opinions? Also how is the weather in Feb?

3) it is the third busiest week at WDW.

Yes, absolutely without a doubt do the 6-13. The crowds will be a quarter of the size as they will be the latter half of the later week.
