Which week in April or May?

I haven't posted in a while but we (DH, DD 8, DD 1, and myself) are planning our next WDW vacation. We were there last year the week before Passover and it wasn't too bad (crowd-wise) except for our last day.
We were thinking of going the week of May 7 but I was wondering if any other week in April or May may be less crowded.

So that bring me to my question; Which would probably be the best week to go in April or May to avoid the crowds?
