Which Vera Bradley....

It's either going to be Bermuda Blue or Pink Elephants in the Betsy.

It'll be my summer bag this year.

Originally I had planned on Pink Elephants, but once I saw Bermuda Blue online, I liked it more.

I vote for Bermuda Blue. Pink Elephants is cute, but I don't like something that dark for a summer bag. I think Bermuda Blue would be a great summer bag.

I have a question about Vera bags - I know it's a cloth bag, but does it keep it's shape with stuff in it?

I love the bermuda blue and am planning on getting the Vera in bermuda blue when I retire this summer. It will be perfect for my visits to warm, tropical places and it coordinates with some apple green pieces I already have.

Last year I had a Vera Bradley style bag from the Maggie B line that was pink with flamingos and palm trees on it. Otherwise, I'd opt for the Petal Pink or Hope Toile!

I love the way they wash up so nicely and hold everything and then some! My Maggie B held it's shape nicely! I'm hoping for the same thing with a VB.

I would love a tote style Maggi B in the flamingo pattern but I can't seem to find out where I can purchase one. Is it a retired pattern? Does anyone know where you can purchase Maggi B purses. I tried the Ganz website but it doesn't give any information as to retail sites. Tried eBay but all they have are cosmetic cases and wristlets in the flamingo pattern.

I can attest to the fact that Vera's hold up in the wash. My big Miller bag that I used for travel stuff like cosmetics, shampoos, etc, was sat in mud (don't ask, blame DH) while unloading from the car. I took the bottom out, pretrated then washed on gentle and allowed to dry upright in my dryer (I have the Maytag with the drying cabinet above), it looks just fine and held it's shape well.
