I am sending my DH &DS with a friend to wdw for four days in November. It is a confirmation gift from us to him

myself & DD will stay home (boo-hoo)

Looking to stay in a value resort, which will be our first time. Which resort would you choose and why. Originally, I thought Sports, but I find that so out of the way.
DH is going to use Magical express.

Mind you we always travel with our own car and normally stay deluxes. So I guess what I am asking is which value resort has the best bus service.

boys are both 14 years old and will be quite happy anywhere which is why I am not giving them a deluxe resort.

so, where do you think I should book?

thanks in advance :sunny:

I have stayed at POP twice and have loved the bus service. It was also the first stop on it's ME route. :) I am sure others will have an opposite opinion so I am not sure if this helps but POP having its own busses was great in my opinion. I will say that the POP bus stop is usually the furthest away, especially at the MK.

pop century of course.... :teeth: i am sitting in my room right now...everyone at this resort is so nice and friendly..the system is great too.....

If the boys are both 14 I think they will love Sports. The theming would be perfect for the guys. All of the All Star Resorts are great and the distances aren't that far to things.

If the boys love sports at all - All-Star Sports all the way. first in line for bus system at value resorts (Sports, Music, Movies), great themes, and cool playgrounds. We were in Music and loved it, but if you have a choice I would pick Sports!

Sports is great for the guys! The theming is awesome. The bus crowds aren't that bad (I didn't think). I don't know about ME. My vote is for Sports.

I just returned from Pop last night and our last stay was at Music. Let me tell you, the fact that the bus was EMPTY when it made our stop was the greatest. At Music the bus could be anywhere from half way full to standing room only when it got to us. I would say that the walk to the stops at the parks were well worth the fact that the bus would be empty and could handle more of the people in line at a time. At Music we consistantly waited for two buses to be able to sit, at Pop we never stood and we only waited for longer than one bus at MK (it was closing and everyone was leaving at once). I was thrilled with the bus service this trip.

thanks for all your replies. I am leaning towards POP or Sports.

POP seems so much closer to the Parks...
But the kids do love Sports...

Is bus service about the Same as well as the food court?

Think that will make my final decision
