Which value resort do you like best?

We are considering a value for our June trip and I'm trying to decide which one. I would like to know which one other Dis'ers like and why. Best theming? Quietest? Nicer/newer rooms? By the same token, is there one particular value resort that you would not stay in again?
We've stayed at CBR twice but we are trying to trim the budget a little this time. Thanks!

Pop Century is the newest - only like 2 yrs old I think.

I would also pick Pop b/c they don't share busses/only have 1 busstop.

Pop - I like the food court, the atmosphere, the cast members, the little upgrades (like the way the curtains go over each other to block more light).

I really don't care much for the All Stars.

Only been to POP, so POP. Our stay was wonderful!!

I liked All-Star Sports the best. Than again i am a sports nut.

I also like All-Star Muisc to.

Done 3 of them ASMu, *** ,PC, As I'm not a big room person (Not in that much on vac.) I think POP was the best but I would stay at any of them for a trip to the world.

Just remember if your going budget minded then budget your mind as well and don't set your sights to high.

All Star sports is the only value we've been to so nothing to compare it to BUT nothing but good things to say about it! Bus service was impeccable & at sports you are usually the first to get picked up and dropped off (of the 3 all stars).

Also my tip is don't pay for a preferred location, just request touchdown I think its called, it is still close to pool/food court but no extra. It was also pretty quite where we were.

For a value we were really impressed..rooms were super clean, no loud noises that we noticed (we did bring a small fan for white noise), and the mousekeeping was sweet..no towel animals but almost every day they arranged our kids stuffed animals into cute little scenerios!

The rooms are small, true, but we aren't room loungers we are in the parks everyday.

I have only stayed (for values) in AS Sports and POP.

I have nothing but positive comments for Sports. It was great. Touchdown section is the best for being close to the front.

Pop was a beautiful resort (nicer looking IMHO than the all stars), but due to the horrible service and misinformation from mulitple members of the front desk staff, I will have to really talk myself into it to stay there again.

We've only stayed at ASMo and we love it! It's clean, not too noisy. The food court is good, clean, friendly CM's. The kids LOVE the large movie characters. It made for great pictures of the kids too. There's a little area called Andy's Toy room and the kids sat up on the blocks and played on the huge chess pieces...best memories...
We were the last bus stop at night,but it's not bad at all. At park closing they sent a lot of buses (every 10 mins or so) for the All Stars, so it wasn't a problem.
Our first trip we stayed at POFQ and decided to try the Values since we're never in the room.You won't be disappointed Enjoy which ever you choose!

Just back from Pop and loved it! The theming was cool. We were in the boonies (aka the 90's) and could still cut through the parking lot and be at the bus stop or Classic Hall in 5 minutes (with 3 kids in tow). I highly reccomend it!

Stayed at all 4 - My vote is for All Star Movies.

Read the section in the Unofficial Guide about the Values. The issues they have with Pop are the same ones I have and why I would chose not to stay there again.

We stayed at Sports and loved it. We were in the baseball area by the quiet pool. The kids loved the pool, the room was clean and quiet other than hearing toilets flush from other rooms but that wasn't a big deal to us. The walk to the foodcourt and busses was fine and since we walked through the football area to get there we had plenty to look at and usually found a ball laying around to toss back and forth on the way through. We walked through the whole resort and none of the rooms is a terribly long ways from the busses. We would definitely stay there again.

I personally liked Pop the best. It was a very great enviroment, and the different sections of the hotel were awesome! Out of the All Stars, All Star Movies is my favorite.
