The Lounge concept really appeals to my DH and I--no ressies needed, good drinks menu and food that we might not get otherwise. We've been to the lounge at the Poly next to Ohana, but didn't think to order from the menu.

So...which restaurants have lounges and which lounges have food available (specifically the same menu as the restaurant)? I've heard 50s Prime Time, but I'm curious about others.

Is there a central resource for this? I couldn't seem to find this compiled anywhere.

If you're talking about ordering from the restaurant's full menu, Tambu Lounge outside Ohana has its own menu. You don't order from 'Ohana's menu, or Kona's, although some of the offerings at Tambu are also on Kona's menu.

Lounges with their own menu or limited menus from adjoining restaurants:
Tambu (Polynesian)
Mizners (Grand Floridian)
The Wave (Contemporary)
Territory Lounge (Wilderness Lodge)
Crews Cup Lounge (Yacht Club)
Turf Club (Saratoga Springs)
River Roost (Port Orleans Riverside)
Sanaa (Animal Kingdom Villas)
Rix Lounge (Coronado Springs)
Rose & Crown Pub (Epcot)
La Cava del Tequila (Epcot)

Lounges in restaurants that serve the full menu:
Tune In Loune (Prime Time Cafe, DHS)
California Grill (Contemporary)
Narcoosees (Grand Floridian)
Bluezoo (Dolphin Resort)
Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
Rainforest Cafe (Downtown Disney and Animal Kingdom)
Yak & Yeti (Animal Kingdom)
T-Rex Cafe (Downtown Disney)
Raglan Road (Downtown Disney)
ESPN Club (Boardwalk)
Gurgling Suitcase (Old Key West)

Restaurants with "counter seating" that may be easier to obtain:
Beaches & Cream (Beach Club)
Citricos (Grand Floridian)
Jiko (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
California Grill (Contemporary)
Flying Fish (Boardwalk)

There may be others I'm not aware of. There are also some pool bars that serve food.

Wow. Just. WOW.

I am so impressed by how thorough your answer was! Thank you so much for your help. We tend to dine on the fly without the DDP, so this is a great option for us. I would never have known which places have full menus and which have partials without your help.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

You can also order off the Kona Cafe menu at the Kona Island Sushi bar at the Poly - no reservations required.
