I have ADRs at both 1900 Park Fare (dinner) and Cape May (breakfast) oh and 50's for dinner. I need to cancel one because after looking at my list, I made one too many ADRs and my TS wont cover it. OR if you think I should keep all 3, which should I pay OOP for (although, I kinda wanna cancel one)

Edited to add, they arent all for the same day.

Hmmm.. hopefully someone else will post, but I would definitely keep Cape May for Breakfast, we think they do a fine job with dining....

I am not a fan of Prime Time....so we need others to chime in and I have not done 1900 park fare, but by choice, there are so many restaurants to choose from, we have never done that one.

We just got back and we had a blast at the 50's! Our waiter was totally into "character" and tried spoon feeding my Dm65 her greens. It was very memorable and the most fun meal we had. We did many character breakfasts but not Cape May so I can't comment on that. We had breakfast at Park Fair and found that to be lacking but I've heard good things about their dinner.

We did 50's Prime Time. The food was good and we enjoyed it - but I'm not sure it was "all that". If you are looking forward to the character meals, I would drop 50's. I have not eaten at the other two on your list yet - but I would love to try them. They have always looked appealing to me.

I'd keep Cape May and 50s, skip Park Fare....unless you have a little girl that won't get to see Cinderella at any other point during the trip. Then I'd keep that one and either of the two could go, flip a coin.

Do you have any other character meals scheduled throughout your trip? If not, then I'd stick with both Cape May and 1900. If you do have other character meals scheduled, then I'd cancel one of these depending on the type of characters you are already scheduled to eat with -- i.e., If you already have a princess meal planned, then I'd cancel 1900. If you already have a mickey meal planned, then I'd cancel Cape May.

Just as an FYI, my little girls (age 4) did not enjoy the antics of the staff at 50's, but we all really enjoyed the home cookin' food there. Our server could sense the personalities of my girls, so she toned things down a bit and we had a very enjoyable meal there. We'll be going back.

I would go to 50's over Park Fare.

I wasn't impressed with the food at Park Fare.

50's is more relaxed and sorta like a character meal.

I would definitely keep 1900 Park Fare. This is one of the best character dinners that I've been to in a long time. The stepmother and stepsisters were HILARIOUS and my 4 year old dd loved them!!!

Thanks for the replies. We are big into buffets (I know you germaphobes are barfing right now) I have 3 kids that all have different eating styles, it just saves the battle of looking over the menu and figuring out and then avoiding the dissappointment if the meal is not *exactly* what they expects (and me, too for that matter)

I have looked at all of the menus and I think that I am going to cancel 50's. We can eat like that at home and since we will be going to my late husbands parents in Tampa for 2 days prior, we WILL eat that stuff.

I think then I will try to walk-in another table service somewhere and if we a re successful, cancel Park Fare. The time is not ideal and since we will be at MK that whole day, I dont want to have to leave for the meal and then come back for the parade, etc.

Im going to keep Cape May. We do have several charecter meals planned, but we are BIG time breakfast eaters.

Now... to keep Wispering Canyon??? :rolleyes1

Do the shakes come with the DDP???

I love the Dis.

Well, our kids personally did not like the antics at WC, sorry to say. I know a lot of people love it there, but our kids couldn't wait to leave. It really depends on your party and personalities, etc., on if you'll like WC. The food is good....we're just not sold on the antics. Do you have the character breakfast at AK planned? That's a good one and you mentioned loving buffets and also breakfast. How about Boma breakfast? A place my kids really like a lot is Ohana dinner. There is some great fun for kids with a coconut race and hula hooping during the meal, not to mention really good food. And if you plan it right, you can watch Wishes from the beach afterward.
