Which theme park restaurants open before official park hours for breakfast?

We've eaten at Cinderella's Royal Table at 8:05 a.m. on mornings when the park didn't open until 9:00. I think you can get early PS's for Crystal Palace in MK, Princess Storybook Breakfast in Epcot and Breakfastosaurus in AK, too (is this right????).

Are there other estaurants like this? Anything in MGM? Thanks for your help!

The only other one I can think of is the Rainforest Cafe at AK - but of course, it's not really inside the park.

MGM doesn't have any current sit-down breakfast locations - don't know why they closed Hollywood & Vine's character breakfast - but it is missed.
The only place to get a hot breakfast there would be the ABC Commissary - counter service, that's open park hours.
