Which Space Mountain line has the smoother ride?

Dh and I could swear that Space Mountain is smoother if you go on one side. We rode the same side over and over and then finally ended up on the other side and it was WAY more rough. First one was more fun. But for the life of me, I can't remember which side that was.

Anyone feel the same about the differences? And can you tell me which side runs more smoothly?

We think that if you go to the right side it is a smoother ride. In August the left side def. felt alot rougher to all of us. Now we stay right!

Yep, right side for us was MUCH smoother! The left side gave some of us a headache.

Agreed. The right track has the smoother ride, however I still like the left track better. If you really want to be jarred, ride the left track from the very last seat in the car.

Agreed, right side is the smoother ride for me too! Most guests I talk to swear by the left, though. They say it's faster, but I totally disagree.

I agree. The right side is smoother and the left side feels faster to me. I thought it was just my imagination. Glad to hear others are thinking the same thing.

For me, I like the left side....it just seems to be turny without the jarring twists or drops the right side has. I have to remember to keep my teeth clamped down on the right side or I tend to bite my tongue. That never happens on the left side.
