Which section of OKW is the best for our purposes?

Our Disney vacation for 17 of our family members is quickly coming upon us!! We will be there 10/8 through 10/15!!!!!!

We have reserved One Grand Villa and three studios. I have one last question before I e-mail DVC to confirm they have all the information of who stays in which accomodation--

I know there are no guarantees, but where should I request that we stay? Are there Grand Villas in all of the OKW areas? When DH and I were there on our honeymoon we liked Turtle Pond, are there Grand Villas there? We would also like the 3 studios to be closeby too.

I could be wrong, but doesn't someone have a map of OKW and which rooms are Grand Villas? And we will have four children with us ages 10, 8, 6 and 3--would it be better to be near the hospitality house and pool area???

Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Here is the list Doc posted:
GV's are found in Buildings 15,16,19,22,25,29,43,48,51,53 and 63.
Smoking Optional buildings are 12,19 and 41.

All of the following descriptions are listed from right to left, as you face the building from the parking area.

Type A buildings are all 3 stories.
1st Floor- S,1,2,2,2,1,S
2nd Floor- S,1,2,2,2,1,S
3rd Floor- 2,2,2
Buildings 13,20,21,23,26,27,28,32,33,34,36,37,39,41,42,45,46 ,47,50,52,54,56 and 62 are all Type A.

Type B buildings are all 2 stories.
1st Floor- S,1,2,1,S
2nd Floor- S,1,2,1,S
Buildings 11,17,24,30,31,40,44 and 55 are all Type B.

Type C buildings are all 3 stories.
1st Floor- S,1,2,2,1,S
2nd Floor- S,1,GV,GV,1,S
3rd Floor- GV, GV (upper floors)
Buildings 15,16 19,22,25,29,43,49,51,53 and 63 are all Type C.

Type D buildings are all 3 stories.
1st Floor- 2,1,S,S,1,1,S,S,1,2
2nd Floor- 2,1,S,S,1 1 S,S,1,2
3rd Floor- 1,S,S,1 1 S,S,1
Buildings 14,18,35 and 38 are all Type D.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom in building 43, we really liked it. Looks like there are 2 GV's in that building. I would stay away from 29, the trees totally block the view, the rooms are dark.

Building 53 has the best Grand Villa on site. I don't know why it is best, I just know it is....our favorite.

That is true for the 1st floor rooms there, but the GVs in that building are above the trees. BTW, we like the secluded feeling of our 2 bedroom dedicated when we stayed in 29.

Also, I thought there were outdoor grills --and maybe picnic tables?? in the Turtle Pond area- does anyone know where else they have grills?
