Can someone please tell me which categories on the Disney fantasy have the rooms with the round tubs? We just got off the dream and had 4B and absolutely preferred having the round tub and we are going most likely booking the the fantasy for late April and hoping to get the same.

Most of the staterooms classified as "family" in category 4 and 8 have the round tubs.

Any category with “family” in the room type. There are the Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms (8D-8A), Deluxe Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah (4E-4A), and Concierge Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah (V).

I've only been on the fantasy w a round tub...what do the non round tub set ups look like? anyone have pictures?

Most staterooms listed as "Family". There are a few particular exceptions with some irregular room types, so check the stateroom description to make sure it lists a round tub. You can also look at reviews for particular staterooms online, and guests often mention the round tub.

The layout is slightly different. The room is about 5 feet shorter, so the vanity area isn’t as long and it is either missing an extra chair or Murphy bed. There are tons of videos on YouTube with room tours as well if you want to see a better visual layout.

Wonderful! Thank you!

Is there any way to tell if the family stateroom you were assigned has the Murphy bed or the extra chair?

Does this round tub have a lower step-over? My wife has a bad knee and the regular tub can be a challenge.

It's difficult to see in this photo, but the tub is lower than a typical tub. I wasn't that impressed with it. You can't sit comfortably in it, well, at least I couldn't. And sitting on the ledge on the side of it means you're sitting out in the cold air dripping wet from the shower.

You can see a bit of the shelf at the lower left of this photo.

4Es don’t have the round tub, nor are the rooms larger in size. The extra size come from the veranda. I think the rest of the cat 4 rooms have the round tubs and more room space.

fwiw I didn't find sitting on the ledge to be cold.

If you go through the motions on the DCL website as if you are booking a cruise, when you click on a specific stateroom it tells you the configuration of that stateroom, including tub type, which types of beds, and whether it has a connecting door or not.
