Which Rides Do You Get Wet On?

I sat in the front seat at Splash Mountain. The bulk of the soaking came from the big drop. Be prepared. I actually did not mind as it was hot that day.

The last time we were on Splash Mountain I got soaked! I was on the left side of the log and in the middle....if this makes a difference. Surprisingly I barely got wet on Kali River Rapids. However, the girl across from me got drenched. I guess it depends on where you sit.....

"Splash does a great job of adjusting to the weather. When it's cold out you generally get less wet, but even on warm days you'll just get pleasantly wet."

It sounds like the CMs can adjust the "splashiness" of Splash? So there's less chance of getting wet in the cold months?

Splash Mountain - the last evening we spent in the MK the line for SM was short, so we just got off and kept getting on with absolutely no wait. By the end the CMs were letting people stay on. The first 3 times, I only got damp (I find if you lean over and put your head down on the back of the seat in front of you, the flume only hits your back and your front and hair don't get as wet) from the spash itself. The last time, though, it wasn't even the splash down into the briar patch itself that got me wet. If you hit it right, your log can be hit with the flume from another log as it goes down the hill while you are being pulled up the first hill. DRENCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It all depends on how you hit it - we went 3 or 4 times no problem, until that last one.... yeesh!
