Which rides allow 3 people to sit together?

My husband and I will be going to the parks (MK, HWS, Epcot) with our four young daughters, ages 6, 4, 2 and 2. We are planning/hoping for each parent to ride with two children. (Myself with the 6 and 2 year old, my husband with the 4 and other 2 year old.) So three people to a bench/seat.

My question is, which rides will allow three people to ride together? Thanks for the help!

Lots of rides have this type seating, especially the kid friendly rides. Buzz only has two laser guns but I think you can still put three people there. I think you will also have a problem if you do the Tomorrowland speedway but all other rides in MK that are 2 year old friendly are fine. In Epcot I don't know if three people can go on Spaceship earth and Soarin' would be out. Not sure about Hollywood Studios - the shows are fine obviously.

Good question! I will try to start the list, and certainly ask others to add or disagree if needed. I left off a bunch of rides that I suspect 2 year olds won't be allowed on due to height requirement.

MK:
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean
(maybe, ask CM) Aladdin's Flying Carpets
Tom Sawyer's Island is fun for those ages
Haunted Mansion
Peter Pan's Flight
(maybe, ask CM) Dumbo
TTA
(maybe, ask) Buzz Lightyear
and all Theater attractions

EPCOT:
Living with the Land
Imagination
Ellen's Energy Adventure (45 minutes, hit the rest rooms)
Maelstrom
and all theaters in World Showcase

DS:
Great Movie Ride (might be scary in short sections)
All theaters

AK:
Safari
(maybe, ask) the roundy thing in Dinoland (can't think of it's name!)
train to Planetwatch
all theaters
all animal walks

We've been several times, me, DH, and DS (who is now 5). Virtually every ride was fine for all 3 of us. Peter Pan was tight, but we were two adults and one kid and still fit. Even on the tomorrowland speedway, they would have let us all in one car, but we chose to go in 2 cars so DS could steer and not be squished.

Barnstormers was def only two people across but I'm guessing the 2 year olds can't ride that anyway. (And obviously a lot of the roller coasters are only two across)

I'm not promising that every single ride will be OK, but I really can't think of any family-type ride that was a problem.

Dumbo and Buzz we def rode with all 3 of us in the same vehicle.
Aladdin I sat behind DS and DH, but I'm not sure if that's because we weren't allowed or if that's just what we chose to do.

What about 3 adults? Which rides can we NOT ride together? Obviously the mountains, Everest, and R'n'R. But are there any others? Do rides like Nemo, Pooh, Pan, Haunted Mansion, Maelstrom, Pirates, and Little Mermaid fit 3 adults?

How big are the adults? I am going with "no" to pretty much all of them (well not big boat rides like pirates and maelstrom of course). Dh and I could easily fit a child with us in Nemo, Peter Pan, Haunted mansion, etc, but another 100-some pound adult would be rather uncomfortable. But we are both 6 feet tall and average weights. 3 teenage girls could easily fit together.

Maelstrom and Pirates have bench seating - the first and last benches may not be long enough for three adults, but the rest will be fine.

I think trying to fit 3 adults in any of the other rides you listed would be too squashed.

Splash and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad allow three per seat. Also The Little Mermaid Ride.

ETA: That I just realized you left those off on purpose. But three seats came in handy for us last time as we did rider swap and I was able to ride with my 6 year old and 4 year old while DH waited with the baby.

Depends on the size of the adults. Three adults are allowed but can be cramped (except Maelstrom and Pirates which have the longer bench)
