which rewards cards for Jet Blue

We have the AMEX Sky Miles card. We always used the miles on Song, but they no longer fly out of EWR (Newark). I like Song because they flew nonstop EWR-MCO. Jet Blue also flies nonstop. Are there any programs that offer free miles usable on Jet Blue?

We have used our regular American Express rewards for Jet Blue miles, but they also have an AMEX card specifically for Jet Blue. We saw this advertised in the Jet Blue terminal at JFK in December.
