We have 2 options ... Citricos or Narcoossee's. We will eat at both places regardless during our stay but one will be our our 4 yo and the other would be only DH and I.

Which one would you pick as family dinner and which one for our anniversary dinnner. Is one more family friendly then the other?

I would definitely do Narcoossees for your anniversary. We did this for our sister's birthday (including a cake from GF bakery) and it was just magical. We timed it so we would see Wishes. Our table had the perfect view of the castle; not only did we get Wishes we also got the water parade.

While there is ongoing debate about which restaurant has better food, the fireworks would make Narcoosees my choice for a special occasion!

I'd take the kids to Narcoossees at fireworks and water parade time. And go to Citricos on your own. There is not much else at Citricos to keep kids occupied.

I would do Victoria and Alberts for your anniversary. But between the 2 I concur --Narcoossees for Kids.

I am going to have to agree with the last few posts and say Citricos for your anniversary and Narcoossees as a family. :thumbsup2

I have been to Narcoossee's for on my anniversary twice. Both times were disappointing. The first time we were given a primo table right up front with a lovely MK view. About 6 minutes before the fireworks some rude lookie-loos walked onto the balcony and stood right in front of us during Wishes. All we could see were their big butts. *nice view ladies* The second time we were given the WORST table in the whole restaurant (right next to the bright kitchen and door used by smokers) after we waited 45 minutes for our ADR. The noise from the kitchen was horrible! I didn't expect "front and center" but I also didn't expect the worst seat in the house on my anniversary. I guess someone has to sit there every night and we drew the short straw ... but it really irked me to wait that long and get such a crappy table. The food was also just "okay" and the service was really, really slow. The table next to us was seated about a minute after us was eating their apps while we had not even ordered yet!

I have also eaten at Citrico's twice and both times it was very good. We were seated next to a boisterous table once but that didn't bother me too much.

While I prefer the food at Narcoossee's, I have learned my lesson not to book there for an important dinner. I would book the anniversary at Citrico's and the family dinner at Narcoossee's.

Narcossee is where we went last yr for our anniversary and it was a nice night. Dessert was great, service was great and it was nice watching wishes from the deck BUT the next night we went to CG and enjoyed the food and the ambiance as well as the view so much more!

I say do Citricos.. I hear great things about Citricos..

Narcoosees is where we go with children; Citricos is always adults only for us. It has better food, better service and a quieter atmosphere.

We saw alot of kids at our Narcoossee's meal but hardly any at our 2 meals at Citricos.

Our last 2 anniversary meals were at Citrico's and it was fantastic!
