Which resort will you book when free dining comes out?

how likely is it that you will get the connecting room though?

I think that if you have kids under a certain age, they will guarantee connecting rooms...I just have no idea what the age cut off is.

Also, we were able to request and we did receive a king bed in one of the rooms. We did have to be a little careful about who had which keys, as the dining credits were split amongst the two rooms, but it wasn't too hard to keep up with.

What sort of 40% code did you use?

It was a PIN that was sent out to select families and we were lucky enough to get it applied w/out having it sent to us. The code expired on 3/15/07.

We are booked at the Grand Floridian(concierge) & I really hope free dining comes to fruition, if not we will try to go back to CSR, we just got back. I really loved it there!

I know what you mean. We're booked at Poly for 6 nights and paying for DDP w/ 40% code. It came to $2951.52 even w/ purchase of DDP. But DH called from work this morning and his truck won't go in reverse and this on top of AC expenses looks like we may have to take advantage of free dining and stay at CBR. But having said that we would get to add an additional night on and end up saving around $1000 bucks.

I know I'll never get to stay at Poly for less than $222 per night again but money doesn't grow on trees in our yard.

Here is my thought on all this. We are staying at FQ in a short 25 days & I really cannot wait!! I think I am going to love love love this resort. It is just so beautiful & intimate. That being said, DH & I agreed to do the following. We have breakfast & 2 dinners at the Poly in May. We are going to really look around the resort & see if we really LOVE it. Not just like it, but see if we feel like we really need to stay there. If we don't, we will cancel our Sept trip & just go again in May 08. Have you stayed at the Poly or CBR before? If not, you just might end up loving CBR. That's almost how I feel. Guess we will tell in a month. I'll have to post back to you & let you know how we made out. Either way, Disney is Disney & I really do consider myself so lucky that we get to go on vacation every year. Hope all works out for you. Dumb cars......

I am not flexable on my dates so I have to be flexable with my resort choises. My order is: my dream is to stay at the contemporary, if not there then the poly, then WL, if not there, then pop. I really want to be as close to MK as we can get. Our 2 favorite places to hop are from MK to epcot. And it's just going to be me and my 2 oldest kids 11 and 8. Crossing my fingers we are able to the contemporary!

We always go to Poly and walk around the grounds and have at least 1 ADR there. This year we scheduled 2. We would most likely love Poly based on what we've seen and the feel of the resort. However, DH and DD6 could care less on the resort choice, me & DD 10 are the problems. I know we'd like CBR though. And I can't wait to hear your feedback. Thanks
