Which resort for 5 people??

We are looking to return to WDW in the spring. This trip might include my parents, my fiancee, and my son (age 11).

We need either 2 rooms or at least a seperate bedroom area/living room area so the sleeping areas are separate.

Any ideas on which resort would have the above and be the most economical??

BTW - We loved WL on our last stay is the above available there??

I think it would depend on how much you want to spend on the rooms. I would definitely recommend the Wilderness Lodge (my favorite deluxe). I would also strongly recommend Port Orleans French Quarter if a moderate is what you are looking for. This is a great resort and is small, so no matter what building you are in, it's a quick walk everywhere in the resort.

i don't know what is available at WL, but if you are looking to economize, and like to have shared space and private space, i would consider two rooms (connecting or adjoining) at a value resort... you get an extra bathroom over most other larger accomodations, as well as two tvs!

There are junir suites that sleep 5 at the CR in the garden wings, but they go for $330+/night. The FW cabins sleep 6 with a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds and a sico double in the living room. Otherwise, your best bet would be a two bedroom villa at a DVC resort. The one bedroom, while large enough, only has sleeping accomodations for 4.

You might also check out the jr.suite/deluxe rooms at WL - I think they sleep 6

Don't forget, WDW will charge you for 2 extra adults if you book 1 room. Thats $25 per adult per night for a deluxe. I think the mod's are less.

I think I'd book 2 rooms in a value. 2 TV's and 2 bathrooms, not to mention a bit more privacy.
