Which resort for 11 people?

My family...my parents and brother's family is coming in dec. do you have any suggestions on where to stay? Any suites for large numbers? My mom can get Shades of Green, what about that? Thanks for helping with all the questions!

Ft. Wilderness Cabins hold up to 6 per cabin. Not sure I'd want to be that close to that many of my relatives though! YMMV!

We had three rooms at WL over Thanksgiving and it worked out great! The resort is so compact that even though our rooms were not together, it only two a couple of minutes to get to one another's rooms.

if she can get shades of green - you can't beat that price - and I believe she can get 3 rooms with her discount.

Otherwise - OKW - either 3 studios, 2 studios and 1 bedroom,

2 bedroom and studio, or the GV. all depending upon how close your family is - you can rent points from a DVC member and save you some money.

but I still think SOG is your best bit.

we went in jan '03 with 11 people. we ended up renting a vacation home 5 mins from the magic kingdom. it has 6br, 4ba and it's own pool. it was about $1100 a week total.

just an option. we really appreciated all the extra space.

We are staying at the Poly on the concierge level with our group of 11--we are 2 families. There will be 5 of them in their room and the 6 of us (yes, one is a baby under 3) in our room. The week before we before (before the other set of parents gets to Florida) we are staying in a 2 bdrm at BWV.
