Which Resale Broker?

We have decided to buy resale and add a small direct contract. We are looking at 160 points at BLT resale. Still haven't decided if we will do the same resort with the direct. My questions are: 1) Are there any of the resale broker sites we should be avoiding, and are there some that this group recommends more highly? I want to make sure we are minimizing any headaches. We will be purchasing cash, so financing is not a consideration. 2) Would you do the same home resort for both contracts? Or 2 different ? 3) We typically travel in Fall/Winter/Spring, (super specific I know ), I was thinking that any UY would probably be fine, maybe avoiding Dec?

TIA for any advice/thoughts/wisdom. We are really looking forward to taking our boys (4 and 2) as often as we can and hopefully sharing the magic with friends as our kiddos all grow.

I'll take a stab at this:
1) we had a good experience with The Timeshare Store.
2) I'd say this is a personal preference. We did different resorts for the variety and because we like split stays.
3) Maybe September would be your best bet. If you're not planning on summer trips, that'd give you some cushion in case you have to cancel a late spring trip.

I wouldn't say limit yourself to only looking at the Timeshare Store, but I also had a great time working with them, and the prices listed for their contracts were very competitive.
Some people have stated that they got good prices by signing up for Fidelity's mailing list, but that sounds like a lot of work to save a couple of hundred or thousands of dollars.
