Which parks to go to over Thanksgiving weekend?

I am trying to figure out which parks would be best to visit on the Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving? Have you ever been to TL over this weekend?

I've never been to TL at that time, but have been to Epcot, MK and MGM. I'm not sure since the Magic Hours are now different and we'll have to see what they schedule for that week, so far only park hours no EMH info officially.

MK on Friday I thought was much, much better than Thursday and Epcot or MGM was ok for Tday. Just my opinion from previous years although it depends on those hours which have changed...

P.S. We are also going over the same time and haven't decided exactly which days to do what since I'm waiting for the official word on EMH.

I'm noticing that AK is open til 7:00 on Friday and 8:00 on Saturday so I was thinking of going there one of those two days. Unofficially, AK has morning EMH on Saturday so I'm thinking Friday might be better. Anyone with any comments on that?

Hi Simbas Mom. We are going for 10 days arriving T'day and wonder the same thing. I've been researching the weekend itself and most on this board feel that Saturday is a BAD day to go to AK (I think because it is expected to be EMH that day). We've opted for Friday with dinner at Boma. AK is the only park we're doing until Monday so I hope it's not too crowded and the kdis get to see alot of characters. I've debated going to the other parks on Saturday and Sunday but I really have no patience for lines/crowds. I booked a Moderate specifically for the reason of not going to the parks and finally being able to enjoy a WDW resort. We move to POP on Sunday and then we can go commando
