We are going to be there the week before and over MLK weekend. I know what park days we are doing during the week, but wondering what the best would be over the holiday. For Fri-Mon, we have Epcot, HS, AK and a rest day. We fly home very early Tuesday morning. Rest day is almost for sure going to be Saturday, and opening day of Festival of the Arts is Friday. We'll be there for a number of days beforehand, so initial LLMP should have good availability for us when we book it even though it's a holiday. What do you all think is the best schedule for those parks/days?
