Please vote to say which park you would want to do most if getting fastpasses on your birthday. Also, if anyone knows what your choices are for Epcot, please post. Our party consists of myself, DH, DD (12) and DS (11). We are thinking that our best option would be Animal Kingdom because we like attractions in both categories enough to ride twice, but we normally favor HS because of RNR and TSM. The problem is we aren't too interested in doing the options in the other category twice. I really hope I'm making sense! Thanks for your opinions!:worship:

i voted animal kingdom because that sounds like it would be the best use of the pass for you and your family. if it were me personally, i would have chosen magic kingdom because that's our favorite park that we always spend the most time in. :)

:thumbsup2Ditto!

I have had two very positive experiences at MK. Once with my DS and once with DD. The CM's made both of them feel very special on their days.

That's another thing that crossed my mind. My son may have a more 'magical experience' if we do it at MK. You know, I saw a thread on control freaks....I think I might need to join in!:rotfl2:

I voted for MK. We just used the Birthday FP at MK last week and it was wonderful! They made DS feel special at every turn and meal. Though my kids are younger they loved Splash and BTMRR and even just going once on Peter Pan and Pooh with the FP was enough for them so we could do other things with our time they they wanted to do more. :)

Hope this helps!

It's my birthday when we go in Sept & I am plan on going to MK. But I have 2 small kids so the Fastpasses will work better for us there.

As for Epcot, the Fastpass choices are 2 from each of Donald & Daisy.

Donald: Soarin', Test Track
Daisy: Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, Living with the Land, Maelstrom, Mission: SPACE

On a personal note, I like the FP rides at MK the best and if it were my birthday, I'd probably choose there.
Personal opinions aside, DH and the boys (13 and 10) would probably choose DHS. That might be a practical choice as the lines there seem to always be longer than at the other parks (at least for us:confused3) and we find it the hardest to work all the FP rides into our daily plans.

While we love AK and Epcot, I never seem to have problems working those rides in.

We're getting b-day FPs at MK for our summer b-day trip. It's such a magical park and, to us, the FP options are the best here. (Plus, the fireworks are a really special way to end a birthday.) We're planning to use the b-day FPs and regular FPs to have a very smooth day with minimal wait time.

I voted DHS.

It really comes down to MK vs. DHS. I think AK is easy enough to tour and you only want to use FP on a few rides that I wouldn't waste it on AK, but thats just my opinion.

MK has more rides that you may want to use fastpasses on eventually and that seems logical. However, you wont get more bang out of your fastpass buck than at DHS. RnR and ToT are gigantic rides with huge waits that your older children will enjoy much more. TSM is a LOT of fun and the wait for that is just ludicrous. If you take your birthday fastpasses and still use your tickets for more, you can easily ride those headliners 2-3 times.

I voted MK, but if I was there on my Birthday I would take the gift card option instead of something that you can get for free.

I voted MK. Most rides that need a FP. (However Space Mt. is closed until Nov.)

Only 2 thing at AK need a FP... Everest and the Safari. After the Parade you can pretty much ride Dinosaur, Kali River, and even the Safari with little or no wait...and i've always seen more Animals right before the park closes than in the morning on the Safari.
