I did a search, but can't find this info.
Which parks are busiest which days?
I found one on All Ears, but I don't know how current or correct it is.

We were going to go to Blizzard Beach on saturday, but am reading that the waterparks are crazy busy on the weekend, because the locals come. Can anyone verify that?

I went onto the actual Disneyworld website, at the FAQ part, and they also tell the busiest days on there.
Think I got it all figured out now.

Another hint I've seen is to avoid the EMHs park if you are not going to be there for that time period.
