Which Park to go to on a Sunday?

I have the land and sea package booked for 9/28/08-10/05/08. (4 days wdw 3 days cruise) We start our vacation on a Sunday which park is the slowest on a Sunday?

I'm not sure if there is such a thing as any given Sunday, but I think for that time of year, Epcot and/or AK would be your best bets for Sunday.
