*Which Park Restaurants Open Prior to Park Opening?

I was thinking, with these lousy park hours in early April, that I would try to get a jump on park entrance by booking breafasts in the parks before the parks open. Does anyone know which restaurants allow that, and, if possible, how early one can get in? I already got Restaurantasaurus at 8:10 AM when the park opens at 9:00 AM.

These days the only others I can think of are Cinderella's Royal Table (very hard to book), Crystal Palace in MK and the Princess Storybook Breakfast in Epcot.
