Which Park on Which Day?

We leave for US on Sunday. I have Mondya and Tuesday planned as our Universal/IOA days. Which day is better for IOA, and which for Universal? Des it make a difference?

If you were talking about the end of the week, it might be different. Monday and Tuesday should both be great.
