Which park on Memorial Day?

We will arrive at MCO at 10:04 am on Memorial Day. We hope to be ready to hit a park by noonish, but I am wondering which would be the best choice for that day. Normally, I'd want to hit MK first thing but I'm afraid of the holiday crowds in this park, knowing that even a non-holiday Monday is pretty bad.
Would Epcot be better, or MGM?

In 2003, we spent Memorial Day in Epcot, and it really wasn't too busy. DS went on TT, the single riders line, and had a wait of about 15 minutes.

Thanks for the reply. EPCOT is probably where we'll end up.
Any ideas on how crowded MGM may be that day?

Although I didn't go there on Memorial Day, I went at the end of the week, when there was a Star Wars weekend going on. Although there were alot of people in the area of those activities, rides weren't too bad at all. In about 45 minutes, DS did RnR twice and TOT once with no FP.
