Which park needs the most time?

We're spending 2 days at Universal Orlando - next Sunday and Monday (Feb. 16-17), staying at the HRH.

I noticed that the parks are open until 8:00 on Sunday and close at 7:00 on Monday. Which park should we do on Sunday, when we have that extra hour? (I realize we can switch between the 2 parks, but I wasn't planning on doing that. Is there an advantage to that?)

It won't matter, crowds will be light.
Sunday will be more crowded because it's the weekend, but nothing to worry about.
You can do a lap around IOA in 4 hours if you are there when the gates open at 9am. USF takes longer because there are more shows.
I wouldn't rule out park hopping. It's fun to take the lap around IOA in the morning, then head over to USF.

It's so easy to walk from one park to the other. We go back and forth a couple times a day based on what we feel like doing at the time.

Keep in mind, it is President's Day weekend, although you do have FOTL privileges.
