Which park first?

Question for all you experts out there.

We still have one day left on our park ticket and are planning to use it in May.
We want to hit some rides at the studios (Mummy, Shrek) and some at IoA (Spiderman, Hulk).
Are we best starting off at IoA and then going to the studios or the other way around??

If you going to try both parks I would start with IOA and the Hulk, Spidey, then Mummy and last Shrek.

I'd do Shrek first, then the Mummy. Get lunch right across from the Mummy at Finnegans -- highly recommend the fish & chips. They should have their own food group on the pyramid. The pints of beer there are awesome, too. If you don't have little ones, you can just sit at the bar and eat.

Then I'd head out of USO, hit that Universal store if there's anything you need and walk (or stumble depending on how many beers you had at Finnegans) to IOA via the Hard Rock Cafe route. Hulk and Spidey are right at the front, and the masses who hit IOA first thing in the morning will hopefully be at JP by the time you get there

DH, my mother and I did this exact thing in December of '05 and last weekend. Worked out perfectly.

we've been doing the Studios first lately and hitting ROTM first thing to avoid 'the curse of Kong'. (ride breakdown)

Yeah, 2 to 1! Go to US first. I made my recommendation based on queues we have experienced since IOA opened. If you only have four attractions on your must see list then you could do it either way.

We always go to US first as we think that IOA is the better pARK, leave the best till last!

IOA first and ride, ride, ride. You can always use the single rider line for Mummy (never waited more than a few minutes) and the line for Shrek eats alot of people at one time
