Out of Grand Californian Hotel, Disneyland Hotel, and Paradise is closer to both parks?
How far of a walk?

The Grand is the closest to both parks and depending on where your room is could take 5 minutes or more. The Grand has an entrance directly into California Adventure.

The other two hotels are only a few minutes walk to the parks. Some motels across the street are about the same walking distance time, again depending on room location.

The reason I ask is because it is said that the Disneyland Hotel is too far . Even more of a walk than GHC and PP. BTW, for your reply!

Consensus is that the PPH and DL hotel are only a 4 min longer walk than GCH

The DLH is not very much farther than the GCH! maybe 5 minutes more at the most.

It is very close to DTD. Basically DLH is just past Rainforest Cafe and the Monorail station.
The monorail does not do directly to the hotel , however again the station is maybe a 5 minute walk from it.
Often it can be faster to walk but it's fun to take the Monorail too.

So if I walk back to the hotel I can do some shopping, lol.
I love the monorail, it seems like a tour of the entire park. I never get to go on the train as it refurbs when I get a chance to go to the parks.
