I would stay at POR for free dining, upgrade to deluxe dining, then stay at (or first stay at) BC or POLY for 2 nights, which ever turns out better for the meals you have planned on those days. Take a cab for meals if necessary.

POLY. Why?

1) you have little kids and there is nothing more Magical OR more convenient than the monorail resorts.

2) most of your meals are either on the monorail loop or at Epcot and Poly is the easiest to get back to from those (at night after dinner with tired kids, this is more important than it sounds.)
