Which of these would need PS for Nov?

We would like to eat at the following restuarants during our stay, but are torn between making PS before we go, or just going with the flow when we get there! Which of these would you think would need PS for Nov?
Ohana, Chef Mickey, Cyrstal Palace, Japanese restaurant at EPCOT, Portobello Yacht Club, California Grill, Flying Fish.

i would make a pS for all of them. but you will definitely need them for california grill, CP, chef mickey, ohana, and the japanese restaurant. i would much rather have them and not need them, than need them and can't get them.

I would make them for all also. I have already been making PSs for our November trip and I got seatings for the times I wanted for almost all that I can call at this time. We have a party of 8 at some meals and tables do fill up.

Give you an example...I called on Friday to get PSs for Whispering Canyon Cafe breakfast. It was the first day I could call (120 days out). The CM told me that I got the last available table for our party at the time I wanted and I definitely did not call too soon. BTW, I also called at 9:30 am - only 2½ hours into their day.

I would make them for all, but especially Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace.

How big is your group?

I have done walk ins every place on your list except Ohana, Chef Mickey's and California Grill. For one or two that is not normally bad at that time of the year. For a party of 8 book ahead. I find big groups are more the norm so the small two top tables are often open.

I am the ultimate planner so I make all my PS for every meal on every trip. If I need to make changes or cancel, I do so. I just feel much better if I have all our plans made.
