Which of these 2 weeks would you suggest?

This is easy, since they always film the Christmas parade the 1st week and a lot of people go to hopefully be on TV. If you don't know the exact times they are doing it, you could get stuck with MK at capacity which isn't fun. Go the 2nd week.

I personally would not book during the POP Warner, football and cheering leading competitions...We are locals and AP holders... for us just a big no no...
